सच्चे अर्थ में सच्चा समाज का निर्माता कौन है | आपके दिमाग में बहुत सारे प्रश्न उठेंगे | ये कैसी अटपटी - सी बात है | बाता दुं कि जो हमें अंधकार से प्रकाश की ओर ले जाता है और वह पूर्ण रूप से परिपक्व है | किसी भी विषय की विषयवस्तु को बडे ही सहज और सरल ढंग से बताने से विशेषज्ञता हासिल किया है | जो शारीरिक, मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक रूप से शिष्यों को मजबूत बनाता है | हमारे ज्ञान मार्ग को प्रशस्त एवं सहज बनाता है | अच्छे संस्कार से शिष्यों में उत्तम गुण,उत्तम चरित्र निर्माण,मानवीय एवं सभी जीवों पर दया की भावना से परिपूर्ण करता है,वही सच्चे अर्थ में शिक्षक समाज का दर्पण है, वो हमारे ज्ञानदाता होतें है |
वह किताब के किसी भी विषयवस्तु को बारिखि से सीखने और सिखाने में मदद करता है तथा उस विषयवस्तु को रोचक और सरल बनाता है | शिष्यों के भविष्य को बनाता है तथा निस्वार्थ भाव से सभी बच्चों के व्यक्तित्व को निखारने में समर्पण की भावना होती है क्योंकि वे जानते हैं कि बच्चे ही राष्ट्र की रीढ़ या स्तम्भ होतें है | इन सभी चीजों को परखते हुए शिक्षा दी जाती है, अगर सच्चे अर्थ में कहा जाय कि शिक्षक समाज का दर्पण है|वे राष्ट्र का निर्माता होतें है,तो इसमें कोई अतिश्योक्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए |
सभ्य समाज का निर्माता होतें है, कहते हैं न, कि जैसा व्यक्ति होगें वैसा समाज होगा | व्यक्ति शिक्षित होगें तभी सभ्य समाज का निर्माण होगा | समाज की दशा और दिशा देने में गुणवत्ता - पूर्ण शिक्षा की अहम भूमिका होती है|सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका प्राथमिक शिक्षा का होता है | शिक्षक बचपन अर्थात छह वर्ष की अवस्था से ही उनमें अच्छे संस्कार कुट- कुट कर भरते हैं | जैसे प्रार्थना के बाद प्रेरणादायक बातें बोलवाना आदि | विद्यालय परिवेश में बच्चे अच्छे- बुरे की पहचान, बडो का आदर - सम्मान, सच- झूठ में फर्क करना, बिना पूछे किसी की वस्तु को न लेना, बडों की आज्ञा का पालन करना, चोरी न करना, झूठ न बोलना, क्रोध न करना, गंदी बातें न करना और न ही सुनना, साफ- स्वच्छ रहना, ताजा भोजन और पौष्टिक भोजन करना, बाजार की खुली मिठाईयाँ न खाना आदि बचपन में ही शिक्षकों द्वारा सिखाये जातें हैं, जो आगे चलकर भविष्य के निर्माण तथा सभ्य समाज के निर्माण में मदद करता है | यही ज्ञान आगे चलकर उत्तम चरित्र का निर्माण करता है |
शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ कैसे रहे, इसके बारे में बताते हैं, इतना ही नहीं बच्चों को इसके लिए व्यायाम शिक्षक के द्वारा व्यायाम और योगाभ्यास कराते हैं, तरह - तरह के मनोरंजक खेल खेलाते हैं | खेल- खेल में हम एक दूसरे को मदद कैसे करें ? का खेल बच्चों को सिखाया जाता है तथा बताया जाता है | बच्चों में सहयोग की भावना को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मंचन करवाया जाता है आदि ऐसे मानवीय गुणों को बच्चों में बचपन से ही सिखाया जाता है और सिखाने वाले शिक्षक ही होतें है जो घर के महौल से अलग विद्यालय के परिवेश में सिखाया जाता है|आज जहाँ भी समाज, देश और राष्ट्र में शांति है तो इसमें भी शिक्षक का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है |
शिक्षक अपने जीवन काल में कितने ही लोगों का भविष्य को बनाया है | आज जितने भी आइएस, आइपीएस, वकिल, डाक्टर, इंजीनियर, नेता, अभिनेता, प्रधानमंत्री, राष्ट्रपति, मुख्यमंत्री, राज्यपाल, सचिव तथा वैज्ञानिक बने हैं, इसमें भी शिक्षक की अहम भूमिका होती है | अगर देखा जाय तो देश के विकास में भी इनका महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है | ये सभी देश के विकास के साथ साथ शासन व्यवस्था तथा शांति व्यवस्था में लगे रहते हैं, इसलिए शिक्षकों को भविष्य का निर्माता कहने में भी संकोच नहीं होना चाहिए |
शिक्षक प्राथमिक कक्षा से ही बच्चों में देश भक्ति, राष्ट्र भक्ति की भावना भरते है | देश के राष्ट्रगान को पूरे सम्मान से गाते है, देश की सम्मान करना चाहिए आदि विभिन्न अवसरों पर बताते हैं| जैसे- गणतंत्र दिवस, स्वतंत्रता दिवस, गाँधी जयन्ती जैसे राष्ट्रीय त्यौहारों में,गीत, नाटक और भाषण के माध्यम से प्रथम कक्षा से ही सिखाना शुरू करते हैं | विद्यालय ही ऐसा स्थान है जहाँ बच्चों को अपनी कला दिखाने का मंच मिलता है | ये सब करवाने के लिए शिक्षक महीनों से अभ्यास तथा मेहनत करते हैं | बच्चों को सिखाते हैं | वे अन्तिम सांस तक बरकरार रखते हैं| यही आगे चलकर एक महान नेता या अभिनेता बनते हैं |
आज जो भी उच्च स्थान पर पदासीन है, भले ही बाद में स्वयं की कड़ी मेहनत, लगन और आत्मविश्वास के दम पर प्राप्त किया है, उनको भी सजाने, सवारने तथा निखारने का प्रथम हाथ शिक्षक का ही होता है | इसके लिए बच्चों को शुरू से ही भविष्य के बारे में बताते है कि अपने भविष्य को कैसे बनाये, इसके लिए महत्वपूर्ण टीप्स देते हैं|महापुरुष कैसे बनते हैं, उनके मन-मस्तिष्क मे इस भावना को बढाने के लिए देश- भक्तों और महापुरुषों की रोचक और प्रेरणादायक कहानियाँ सुनाते हैं |
जल, थल और वायु सैनिक, जो देश की ताकत है, प्रहरी है अपने जान की परवाह किये बिना देश की सुरक्षा के लिए सबकुछ बलिदान कर देते हैं, जिसकी देशभक्ति की तुलना किसी से भी नहीं किया जा सकता है, उनके मन- मस्तिष्क में इन भावना को भरने में प्रथम हाथ शिक्षक का ही होता है|शिक्षक समाज का दर्पण है|वह देश का सबसे बड़ा ताकत है |
शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में अंगुली पकडकर बार- बार खड़ा करने का प्रयास शिक्षक ही करते हैं , और अन्ततः खड़े करके चलाते भी है | शिक्षा के बिना जीवन लंगड़ा लुल्हा और अंधा है इन सभी को ठीक करने का काम शिक्षक ही करते हैं और हर जगह शिक्षा का अलख जगाते रहते हैं, अपना जीवन शिक्षा देने में ही समर्पण कर देते हैं इसलिए शिक्षक सुत्रधार,सुधारक, निर्माता सबकुछ होतें है|शिक्षक हमारे जीवन से अंधकार दूर ही नहीं करते हैं बल्कि हमे काबिल और योग्य बनाते हैं, इसलिए शिक्षक मार्गदर्शक के साथ साथ आकार भी देते हैं, इसलिए शिल्पकार भी है |
शिक्षक समाज का दर्पण है| वे हर क्षेत्र में फैले कुरितियों से अवगत करवाते हैं|सच्चा समाज का निर्माता शिक्षक ही होतें है जो हमे उनसे लडने की प्रेरणा भी देते हैं|
आज दुर्भाग्य यह है कि आज शिक्षा के अतिरिक्त ऑफिसियल काम करना पड रहा है|जैसे एमडीएम, पोषाक़,प्रत्येक छात्र का डिटेल,हर एक रोज छात्र का एटेन्डेस,एमडीएम का प्रतिदिन का खर्च , विद्यालय का रंगरोगन, मरम्मती से संबंधित खर्च का हिसाब करके पोर्टल पर अपलोड करना, साथ ही साथ रजिस्टर मेन्टेनेन्स करना आदि ऐसे कार्य है जिसके कारण शिक्षक नेट में उलझे रहते हैं|
मैंने पास के एक प्राथमिक विद्यालय में गया जहाँ कक्षा एक से पांच तक एक ही शिक्षिका है और बच्चों की संख्या पचहत्तर से ऊपर है| मैंने उनसे पूछा कि मैडम! आप अकेले स्कूल को कैसे संभालती है?,
उसने अपनी परेशानी सुनाई|बच्चों को पढाने के अतिरिक्त ऊपर से ऑफिस का भार|बीआरसी,सीआरसी में जाना, बच्चों का पूरा डिटेल एक्सल फाइल बनाकर भेजना,चावल का उठाव करना,साल में चार बार पीटीएम की मीटिंग,हर महिने विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति का मीटिंग,गुरुगोष्ठी आदि ऐसे कार्य है जो अकेले एक शिक्षक या शिक्षिका को संभालना बहुत ही मुश्किल होता है|ऐसे में स्कूल की स्थिति को संभाले हुए है|अपने दायित्व को पूर्ण ईमानदारी से निभा रहे है|शिक्षक समाज का दर्पण है|शिक्षक या शिक्षिका अपना पहचान बना रहे हैं |
आप समझ सकते हैं|जहाँ कम से कम तीन शिक्षकों की जरूरत होती है वहाँ एक ही शिक्षिका या शिक्षक काम करते हैं|शिक्षा व्यवस्था कितनी दयनीय स्थिति में है|ऐसे में गुणवत्ता पूर्ण शिक्षा की आशा करना बेकार है|जहाँ पर गरीब माता- पिता के बच्चे पढते है |फिर भी मैं अधिक से अधिक शिक्षा को बेहतर बनाने के लिए प्रयासरत है |
इतना होने के बाबजूद भी मैं प्रयासरत हूँ कि काम समय पर हो और और शिक्षा अच्छा हो|इसमें सबसे अधिक महिला शिक्षिकाओं को ज्यादा परेशानी होती है|विद्यालय के कार्य के अतिरिक्त घर का काम भी देखना पडता है, फिर भी अकेले ही सब काम को करती है और साल दो साल से मैं अकेले स्कूल को चला रही हूँ |
मैं भी उनकी परेशानी को सुनकर बहुत दुखी, हुआ|ब्लॉक स्तर पर कार्यरत अफसरों तथा सहायक कर्मचारियों को विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए तथा जल्दी ही शिक्षक भेजना चाहिए|सच्चा समाज का निर्माता शिक्षक या शिक्षिका ही होतें है|इसलिए शिक्षक समाज का दर्पण है |
शिक्षा चाहे टेक्निकल हो या मेकनिकल हो, चाहे समाजिक हो या राजनीतिक हो, चाहे धार्मिक हो या कौशल विकास सभी मे शिक्षक या शिक्षिकाओं का अहम योगदान है | ये राष्ट्र के स्तम्भ या शक्ति है जिन्होंने चुन- चुन कर काबिल अफसरों को दिया है| इसलिए शिक्षक या शिक्षिका सम्मानीय है|शिक्षक समाज का दर्पण है|
