नववर्ष का अर्थ है नया साल| सबकुछ नया,बिलकुल बदला हुआ | नववर्ष की खुशियाँ और स्वागत कोई पिकनिक मनाकर कर रहे हैं,कोई पूजा और भक्ति से कर रहे हैं,कोई भव्य कार्यक्रम से कर रहे हैं | नववर्ष की शुभकामनाएं का संदेश दे रहे है, इस प्रकार हम कह सकते हैं-नव नूतन परिवर्तन| सब ओर से सुख, शांति और समृद्धि हो,भेदभाव, ऊंच नीच तथा हर बूराई का अन्त हो , हर व्यक्ति में सहयोग और सेवा की भावना हो, नई चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए दृढ संकल्प हो,परिवार और समाज में शांति का महौल हो,नववर्ष की यादगार पल हर व्यक्ति में प्रेम, विश्वास और भाईचारा का हो|
जनवरी 2023 के आते ही पिकनिक अपनी चरमसीमा पर है, नववर्ष की शुभ आगमन से लोग गर्मजोशी से इनकी स्वागत अपनी तरह से कर रहे हैं , कोई मनोरंजन तो कोई पिकनिक के रूप में मना रहे हैं .नववर्ष की खुशियाँ का मुख्य आकर्षण पिकनिक है, जो नदियों, झरनों, नहरों तथा बडे जलाशयों की शोभा बढ़ा दी है, पिकनिक की धूम लोगों तथा युवाओं के दिलोदिमाग़ में छाए हुए हैं, प्रतिदिन देखने को मिल रही है झारखण्ड के जिला रामगढ़ में पिकनिक मनाने का मुख्य स्थान है - एक भैरवी जलाशय और दूसरा रजरप्पा धाम है जो एक दूसरे से जुड़े हुए हैं . इसके बारे में बता दुं - भैरवी नदी और दामोदर नदी के संगम स्थल पर माता छिनमस्तिका मंदिर स्थित है, भैरवी और दामोदर नदी का मिलन मुख्य आकर्षण का केंद्र है |
भैरवी नदी को बांधकर भैरवी जलाशय का रूप दिया गया है, भैरवी जलाशय के तट पर पिकनिक मनाने वालो की भीड़ प्रतिदिन आ रही है, पास के गाँवों के अतिरिक्त दूर- दराज के गाँव और शहर के लोगों की पिकनिक मनाने की धूम मची है| वहीं दूसरी ओर रामगढ़ जिला में छिनमस्तिका मंदिर जो भैरवी और दामोदर नदी के संगम पर स्थित है,ये श्रद्धालुओं के लिए श्रद्धा, भक्ति और मुक्ति का द्वार है , प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य से परिपूर्ण है तथा पिकनिक के लिए उपयुक्त है .
विशेषकर रजरप्पा धाम जहाँ प्रतिदिन हजारों श्रद्धालु भारत के हर कोने से आते हैं| नववर्ष की शुभकामनाएं संदेश के साथ माता छिनमस्तिका को श्रद्धा,सुमन अर्पित करते हैं, अपना माथा टेकते है, नये संकल्प के साथ सुख और समृद्धि की कामना करते हैं | माता छिनमस्तिका किसी को निराश नहीं करती है, सबकी मनोकामना पूर्ण करती है|छिनमस्तिका शक्तिपीठ सभी शक्तिपीठ में से एक है| ये शक्तिपीठ श्रद्धा, भक्ति और आस्था का केन्द्र है |यहाँ सालों भर श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ रहती है,जनवरी महीने के आते ही खास बन जाता है, मकरसंक्रांति भी नजदीक है, पुण्य कमाने के लिए संगम पर स्नान कर रहे हैं | ऐसा माना जाता है कि इस समय स्नान करने से पुण्य का लाभ मिलता है |
पिकनिक मनाने वालो की भीड है,कडाके की ठंड और कपकपाती शीतलहरी में भी यहाँ पिकनिक भी मना रहे है और माता छिनमस्तिका का दर्शन का भी सुअवसर प्राप्त कर रहे है,, इसलिए रजरप्पा धाम में नववर्ष में पिकनिक की धूम मची है,यहाँ पिकनिक के साथ श्रद्धा और भक्ति का आनन्द ले रहे हैं|
| इसमें सबसे बड़ा दोष यह है कि पिकनिक को सिर्फ फैशन का मुद्दा बना दिया है , पिकनिक ( वनभोज) में जो सात्विकता होनी चाहिए वो नहीं है, वे ये नहीं जानते हैं कि पिकनिक (वनभोज) हमारे संस्कार से जुडा हुआ है,और हमारे समाजिक संस्कृति का पहचान है लेकिन अब देखने को नहीं मिलता है|आधुनिकता के अंधा नकल से सबकुछ खो दिया है.  |
आज पिकनिक में शराब और डीजे साउंड प्रचलन में है , आज इसके बिना पिकनिक अधूरा है, इसके बिना पिकनिक का आनन्द नहीं मिलता है,जो मन को अशांत और विचलित करते हैं | कभी-कभी पिकनिक में कम्पीटीशन के कारण झगड़े होते रहते हैं, क्योंकि वे नशे में धुत्त रहते हैं और नशे में जो कुछ करते हैं उन्हें पता नहीं होता है, इस तरह से दो गुटों के बीच मारपीट होने से नववर्ष की खुशियाँ दुख में बदल जाती है यहाँ तक की वे एक दूसरे गुट के खिलाफ थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज करवा देते हैं और बेकार में केश में फंस जाते हैं | इससे खुद भी परेशान रहते हैं और परिवार को भी परेशान करते है,एक सभ्य व्यक्ति होने का गुण नहीं है |
पिकनिक खुशी के लिए मनाते है और हम एक दूसरे को प्यार बांटते हैं , नववर्ष में पिकनिक की धूम रहती है|पिकनिक स्थल पर विभिन्न जगह से लोग आते हैं एक समूह के लोग दूसरे समूह को मदद भी करते हैं अर्थात भोजन सामग्री में कुछ कमी होती है तो दूसरे समूह से लेकर काम चलाते हैं, इस तरह एक दूसरे के बीच परिचय, भाईचारा और प्यार बढता है और हम दूसरे को जानने लगते हैं | कितना अच्छा समय होता हैं जब अपरिचित से परिचित हो जाते हैं, इससे समाज में एक अच्छा सन्देश जाता है |
लेकिन कुछ ऐसा लोग भी होते हैं जो अपने आप को किसी से कम नहीं समझता है| नववर्ष की खुशियाँ, पिकनिक की धूम और हर्ष और उल्लास के कारण उसमें अहंकार की भावना को भी जन्म देती है, जो अपने को नहीं बल्कि दूसरों को भी इसका शिकार बना देते हैं और इसका परिणाम भी बहुत बूरा होता है | मैं मानता हूँ कि नववर्ष ,खुशियाँ और नई चेतना लेकर आती है,नई चुनौतियों का सामना कैसे करें, इसके बारे में सचेत करती है, लेकिन हम खुशियों में इस तरह से डुब जाते हैं कि प्रेम और भाईचारा को भी भूल जाते हैं |नशेड़ी अपने मर्यादा को भी भूल जाते हैं|
नववर्ष सादगी और सदभावना लेकर आती है खुशियाँ बांटती है , पिछले वर्ष की कमियों का याद दिलाते हुए,कड़ी मेहनत करने की प्रेरणा देती है, इन्हें दूर कर सुख- समृद्धि को बढ़ावा देती है, नववर्ष की खुशियाँ लौटाती है, इसलिए हम एक दूसरे को नववर्ष की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ देते हैं
